Products
Are Amatro devices medical devices?
No. They are consumer wellness and lifestyle products. They have not been evaluated by the FDA and they do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
What does a frequency device actually do?
It produces the exact frequency you set, as a clean sine wave signal. You choose the number, the device holds it. Our Frequency Guide page explains everything in plain English.
Where can I buy the TrueWave?
The TrueWave is currently sold out. Join the waitlist on the product page and we will email you when the next batch is ready.
When do the TrueWave Pro and the Spectrum launch?
Both launch later this year at $489 each. Join the waitlist on their pages to get first access.
Do the singing bowls and tuning forks need power?
No. They are traditional acoustic instruments. Strike them, or circle the rim of the bowl, and the tone fills the room.
Using your device
Do I need the earphones?
No. Many people find the earphone volume strong, so they simply set them aside. The device works exactly the same without them: switch on, choose your frequency, and keep it in your hand or set down beside you.
The light is on but I hear nothing. Is it broken?
No. When the light is on, the unit is running. The signal it produces does not need to be audible. Sound through the earphones is optional, and you do not need it.
Are there pieces to attach to my body?
No. There is nothing to attach. Hold the device, or rest it near you. That is the intended use.
I never got my instructions.
Two things. First, check your spam folder for our welcome email, it sometimes lands there. Second, email support@tryamatro.com and we will send your guides directly the same day.
Orders and shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship free within the United States. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
How will the charge appear on my statement?
Charges appear as AMATRO.
Returns and warranty
What is the 120 day home trial?
Every product can be tried at home for 120 days. If it is not for you, for any reason, email support@tryamatro.com and you get a full refund. No questions, no hoops.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every device carries a 12 month warranty covering defects. Email support and a real person will sort it out.
Safety
Who should not use electronic frequency products?
Do not use them if you have an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker or defibrillator, or if you are pregnant. If you have a medical condition or take medication, consult a healthcare professional before use. For adults 18 and over.
Is the device safe to leave plugged in?
The device runs on standard USB power and is designed for normal household use. As with any electronic device, follow the instructions included with your product.
